Kates in-depth experience + knowledge led to pursuing her principal passion, Interior Design and Styling for private homes and Real Estate Property Styling.
Kate and her husband, Glenn have successfully run their own residential development company, building boutique homes around Bayside Victoria for over 20 years. They share a meticulous understanding + experience in design, building, styling + all aspects of the realestate market and what is required to optimise selling your property. They have experienced first hand the importance of creating an emotional and lasting connection to prospective buyers. After working closely with Realestate agents selling their properties + much demand from the agents for Kate to style other vendors properties, along with a que of requests from clients to style their private homes, this was an organic progression for Kate to extend her help to others selling their homes and work directly with clients designing + styling their forever homes and spaces to enjoy with their family + friends.
