T H E P R O C E S S
CONSULTATION Our experienced Stylist will visit your property to view the layout, style and discuss what is required. We will assess the target market to gain an understanding of the style and furniture that will compliment and enhance your property.
If you require existing furniture be removed from your property & safely stored, we can assist & arrange for discounted rates with our partner storage facilities.
PROPOSAL Within approximately 24 hours of our consultation you will receive a detailed proposal outlining our styling plan. Our contracts are for usually for 6 weeks. We charge for 4 weeks and offer 2 weeks free of charge. This allows for a typical 4 week sales campaign with a week either side for photography and marketing at the start & contract exchange at the end
BOOKING Upon your confirmation we will arrange for installation on a date that suits both parties, working in with your real estate agents photography schedule. Typically we prefer 1-2 weeks notice to ensure your preferred timing is available
INSTALLATION This is the day we transform your property with our carefully curated design scheme. Our stylists and professional in-house operations team will spend a few hours or an entire day styling your property depending on the size of your project
REMOVAL Upon sale of your property or contract expiry we will arrange for collection by our professional operations team. Hire extensions are available at a discounted rate, although rarely required.

What are your payment terms?
Payment is required upfront at the time of confirming your booking. Upon receipt, your styling design scheme will be allocated & held ready for your installation date
What if our furniture needs to be stored?
We can assist with arranging the removal and storage of your existing furniture with our partnered local secure storage facilities at a discounted rate
How much do you charge?
Depending on the scope of the styling project we are undertaking, prices start from $1,500 to $5,000 + Over the many properties we have previously styled we have seen our clients receive a generous return on the investment. Our styling will add far more value to your home than our fee

The design scheme for your home is carefully planned by us considering your target market, the current trends as well as furniture that will compliment your home and enhance its greatest features. We cleverly curate a design to ensure your home appears spacious, bright and airy with a warm + inviting feel. We own all our furniture, artwork & accessories, we are constantly reinvesting keeping our looks fresh and stock in new condition.
